Keqiao District, where 2025 Keqiao Fashion Week (Spring) is located, has gathered more than 8000 textile enterprises, known as the "International Textile City". In recent years, the local government has actively developed the fashion creative industry, aiming to cultivate it into a hundred billion level industrial cluster during the "14th Five Year Plan" period. A large number of designers, including Chen Xingying, have also become the key force for the prosperity of the industry.

In fact, Chen Xingying has a deep affinity with Ke Qiao. In 2016, she participated in the 2016 China International Fashion Creative Design Competition of "China Textile City Cup", and won the Young Designer Award of the competition with a Chinese style dress made of cotton and linen. Thanks to the "Jingwei Plan" of Keqiao District Government, she chose to settle the company in Keqiao in April 2024, opening a new path of entrepreneurial design.

"For fashion designers, creativity must be based on fabrics, and Keqiao happens to have rich fabric resources and exquisite printing and dyeing technology." Chen Xingying said, for example, that this fashion show used a lot of lace fabrics, which will make traditional clothing more fashionable and daily, and these lace fabrics come from local enterprises in Keqiao.

Looking at Keqiao, there are many cloth merchants and fashion trends. A designer is heading for the "International Textile City" in both directions. However, it is not easy to design a dress to market.
