Bionic Functional Fabric

Bionics is to simulate the nature, usually refers to imitate the structure and working principle of life system. The application of bionic principle in fabric design and development is an innovation in fabric research and development, especially in filament weaving industry. Due to the strong plasticity of chemical fiber filament, more new elements can be added in the production process, so as to obtain new functional fabrics that meet the needs of consumers. Bionic functional fabric is a kind of high-tech fabric obtained by using this principle.

At present, the more common bionic functional fabrics include water repellent, antifouling and self-cleaning multi-functional fabrics based on the bionic principle of lotus leaf effect, hollow fiber obtained by imitating animal fur, chameleon skin emergency system, bionic cotton cotton SIM with cotton like characteristics of recycling old plastic bottles, etc.
The application of bionic principle in the research and production of fabrics is an innovation in fabric development. With the continuous development of science and technology, more and more cutting-edge technologies will be applied to the textile industry in the future, and the textile industry will also stride forward to a textile power with more high and new technologies.
In the post epidemic era, sustainable fashion reform is imperative, new consumption demand is forming, and new consumption structure is accelerating construction. People pay more and more attention to keep healthy and strong body, and pay more attention to the safety, comfort and environmental sustainability of clothing itself. The epidemic situation makes people more aware of human vulnerability, and more and more consumers have more expectations for brand in environmental protection and social responsibility.
Consumers are more willing to support the products they like and value, and they are also willing to understand the story behind the products - how the products were born, what are the ingredients of the products, and so on. These concepts will further stimulate consumers and promote their purchasing behavior.
In recent years, sustainable fashion has become one of the main trends in global apparel industry. As the second largest pollution industry in the world, fashion brands are eager to join the camp of environmental protection and seek development and transformation. A "green" storm is coming, and sustainable fashion is rising day by day.

French President Emmanuel macron has invited 32 companies from the fashion and textile industries to Elys é e palace. The alliance's strength is a milestone. Its members include companies and brands in the fields of luxury goods, fashion, sports and lifestyle, as well as suppliers and retailers. The enterprises, brands, suppliers and retailers mentioned above have set a set of common goals for themselves in the form of environmental protection agreement for fashion industry.
It can be seen that sustainable development will be the theme of the future, both at home and abroad. Sustainable development not only depends on the promotion of national policies, but also depends on the strength of you and me. New materials are the cornerstone of textile industry to adapt to the development of the times. It can be said that without the intervention of new materials, countries have no ability to promote sustainable economic development, brand companies have no products to implement the concept of environmental protection, and consumers have no means to help new development.
